2001 Diesel - 2.5td Jeep Cherokee 60th Anniversary Limited Edition For sale as my husband has just got a company car. Well looked after - has had an easy life and not been used off road. Only 89,000 miles. Recent servicing includes: reconditioned rear axle New clutch. (Very recent - March 2011) Reconditioned engine (2 yrs/12,000 miles ago) Has 4 good tyres & new battery. Has the usual Ltd Edition bits: air conditioning, heated seats, leather interior (small rip on drivers' seat.) 4 wheel drive high and low ratio (both work fine.) Electric mirrors, seats and windows. Tinted glass to rear windows (looks cool!) Really tidy inside - no pets or smokers. Tow hitch has only been used twice (fitted last year.) Throughout this winter in the snow and ice this vehicle started every time - even at -14 degrees. The 4x4 was really handy also. This is a reluctant genuine sale of a very versatile vehicle - comfy enough to use as a family car, but enough of a work horse to do any job. Typically returns 29mpg - does better on a long run. Would be a good vehicle to do an LPG conversion on as the bodywork and engine are in great condition. Points to note: Some small body work chips as you would expect for a 2001 reg. Scratches on rear bumper where flight cases have been loaded into the boot. Small rip to drivers seat leather. Needs new handbrake lever. You are very welcome to view.
