In hand show potential for the Spring Summer 2012 season! Already claiming two seconds and two thirds in youngstock, young handlers, cob and open pony and recieved qualifying cards for SWPA championships and Trailblazers 2012 series...held at Conquest Centre Jan 3rd 2012... Welsh D cross Haflinger Welsh Society registered. 2 years 6 moths old. Wonderful character, willing and easy to do. He loads into trailers, acepts any tack, rugs, will stand for hours to be washed, plaited. Loves attention. Has feet trimmed regularly, teeth checked etc. He has been led out regularly from my riding mare and is not phased by traffic etc. Mixes well with other horses, is turned out with two mares, one in foal. No problem at shows..tied up on the trailer with hay at 8 months old! He is rising 14.2hh, to make 15hh. He is currently 14.0hh on his withers and 14.2 on his rear, front to catch up this Spring! (01.02.12) This pony is something special, he is intelligent, willing and full or character. This is an extremely sad sale due do me falling pregnant and simply won't be able to continue his education to his full potential or take him to shows this year. We are based near Bishops Lydeard, Taunton, Somerset. This is a pony not to be missed, he is always in the ribbons and trophies! He is NOT BACKED, does not come with tack etc Rocky would do well to be backed this summer, continue his ground work education and continued under saddle next summer. This is a pony that will require a knowledgeable home, please no timewasters. He will suit a person or family that is used to bringing on youngsters and are able to take him to his full potential. I am very attached to this pony and desperately want him to go to a forever home. No dealers please.
